Rates

Simplicity:

We like to keeps things nice and easy around here.  At the beginning of each month you are billed a $250 retainer.  This is good for 10 hours of VA work.

After the 10 hours from the retainer are used, you are billed at $24 per hour.

These rates do not apply to phone answering, technical, design and website work.

IT:

Our rates for website coding is $65 per hour.  Complete websites and projects can also be quoted and billed as a flat rate.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The $250 retainer is billed on the 1st of each month.
2. Hours over the first 10 will be billed on the 16th and the 1st of the following month.
3. The 10 hours included in the retainer do not “roll over” into the next month.
4. Your primary assistant will be available Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time.  However your assistant can be contacted via email or cell phone for emergency tasks outside those hours.  This time is billed at 1.5 times the normal rate.
5. There is no contract required and you can cancel at any time.
